I'm being garnished by ABC Auto Finance company for a 2003 focus that was purchased in 2012 and have been going through this since 2016 filed bankruptcy in 2018 and now they are garnishing me again for that same car. I have two incomes they're taking monies out of both checks for the last year last year along I know they got close to 5000 or more last year along I know they have gotten about 3500 for the car this year the car valued is under 2500. I have been trying to call this company to resolve this issue. Because one of the checks they are garnishing is a home health care check that the state gives me to pay for the care of my elderly sick parent. Resolution Sought Stop garnishment payments as soon as possible. Because the payments they are taking affects the care of my mom who needs 24 hour care and that's one of the checks they are garnishing those monies are provided by the state of Michigan for me to pay those people that help me care for my mother.
