They came to my business to device my fire extinguisher. She (Nicole) told her I would not do business with them because of cost told her using Someone else. They left. I called that afternoon told Nicole to remove our business from the list. Then July 10 received a letter from collection agency. There was never appt made with them they showed up so she turned in collections because she got mad. I asked for general mgr she hung up on me. Today spoke with Chris mgr. tried to resolve he said out of his hands and hung up. Called back wouldn't answer phone. This was sent to collections before even knew I had a ticket to pay. Resolution Sought Charge only for trip charge
