I had purchased a used car on 03/28/22 from ABC Hyundai here in Las Vegas. Was told fees and services were a reconditioning fee($1995.00), LoJack(anti theft service,$399.00) and Perma Plates fee is $299.00 (paint protection service). Noticed that just over a month paint was starting to peal off the front of car. I called the Perma Plates customer care number, and they said I was not covered. Went back to dealership and spoke to a Ryan at Financing; he said because it was a used car it is not covered, and person who did the paperwork was new and made mistake., Perma Plates only covers new cars from the lot. Said they would have to refund me the $299.00. Spoke to his boss(Hito), and said they'll have a check cut out for me at the cashiers' in a couple of days, since his assistance that takes care of that was out of the office. This has been over a month ago. I emailed, left voicemail messages, and he never returns calls. Also spoke to sales manager(Giovanni) and the General Manager Neil, who said he would look into it and call me following day once he got information from Ryan on refund. It's been weeks and they just ignore calls messages and numerous emails I've sent. Resolution Sought Refund.

Having purchased four Hyundai vehicles in the past, when we recently decided to purchase a new vehicle, Hyundai was our first choice. We decided to visit ABC Hyundai in Las Vegas on Sunday 8/15/21 knowing the dealership would be closed and we could pursue cars at our leisure without being pressured by commission based sales staff. Much to our surprise, the vehicles we were looking at (Kona, Venue, and Elantra) were all unlocked and accessible! We found the car we were looking for and called on Monday morning to discuss the purchase and schedule a test drive. When we completed the test drive we began the sales transaction discussion and was told that there would be a $6999 price adjustment due to there being a low supply of vehicles and a high demand. AT NO TIME IN ANY OF THE DISCUSSIONS WAS THIS ADJUSTMENT EVER MENTIONED OR WAS THERE ANY INDICATION OF THE INCREASE ON THE STICKER. This is unprofessional and unethical! This is a bait and switch...get the customer to the lot tactic that is typical of the business frauds in the Las Vegas area. Frankly, we left the dealership disappointed and disgusted. Resolution Sought Car should be sold at the sticker price advertised! At a minimum, consumers should be advised of the price increase and it should be reflected on the stickers.
