I purchased a 2005 Honda Accord on Thursday March 9th 2023 from a buy here pay here at Abc motors LLC @ 502 sw Bowens mill rd. Douglas, Georgia. I did test drive, but however since I have had this car I have drove a total of 4 times due to the windshield wipers does not work, the horn doesn't work, the front end feels and sounds like it is coming apart, and no shocks on rear. Plus has also start making a loud horrible noise like a plane bout to take off when sitting at red light, and the motor jerks bad whe taking off from stop, also the transmission has started to slipped, jerking hard when cha ging gears, and it has a strong smell of oil so apparently has a oil leak.. I called car lot yesterday Monday the 13th of March to see why we could do, that I was not comfortable keeping this car due to I drive 1 hour to work and work at night and I have kids and felt this car wasn't safe to drive. I explained all the issues and I asked if I could get something different from his other car lot and the salesman said most likely I could but may have to pay more on the down payment, which I said was fine. So today I am here now the 14th of March to talk to owner of car lot and he has flat out said he would not let me switch to another vehicle, so I said ok then I would like my money back. He rudely said not gonna happen and he would fix car but I wasn't getting anything else or my money. I have had this car 4 days. And it is a piece of junk. He says well you test drove it so im stuck. Resolution Sought Refund me my down payment $500.00 since I was willing to switch to another vehicle of his and he refused.
