I had my central heating and AC replaced that was not the issue. The problems started when it was time for them to complete the job. I setup an appointment for two weeks later for it to be finished which was on a Saturday (may 29)the appointment was for 8-9 am, after 1pm I called to see what exactly was going on and was told the technician had a family matter and couldn't make it, then another technician would be sent out later on that day. The technician arrived but he didn't have a ladder which was needed to reach the roof so that the AC could be turned on. So, another appointment was rescheduled for Tuesday June 1. The technician arrives but his ladder is to big, so it's rescheduled again for Friday June 4 for 8-9 am I call after 10 am to check about the appointment and I'm told the technician was rerouted to another call and they would send someone out later on today so I ask to speak to a manager and they say both managers are busy and to call back in an hour. I call back in an hour and I explain the whole situation and I'm told that the manager will call me back and someone is definitely coming today. So at 3 pm no call from the manager and no technician in sight I call back tell my story and I'm told the just filed a complaint and someone is definitely coming today I asked will they actually come with the right size later this time. I just feel that talking with them myself is going nowhere. Resolution Sought I want them to actually finish the job they started ,before they received their payment they were great afterwards they didn't really care about if the customer was satisfied.

I scheduled a SVC call for my central A/C May 4 2021 no call no show. So I called the company. Rescheduled and this has been the same problem. Call was listed as maintenance but I told them to change to EMG as no cooling in Mobile home. I am 80 yrs old and live on SOC SEC. MY SON HAS A HEART CONDITION AGAIN TODAY NO SHOW AGAIN. Resolution Sought If you schedule a SVC call then come. No call and no show are bad for any business, and I will never recommend this company.
