ABC Tree Co complaints

This company is contracted with entergy who said they had to cut down three large pine trees that are on the servitude in front of our home. Come to find out that they along with entergy said they would not remove what ever they cut down and would leave it in my front yard. Even though these trees must be cut away from the power lines. after much discussion with entergy (3 hours) on 11/30 the entergy supervisor said they would "NOT" come out on 12/1 at 9am and they are cancelling the order to cut and i we agreed. While we were gone from our residence abc showed up and ended up cutting one of the trees down and leaving and the cuttings on my front yard. when they were confronted they said they were just following orders. I stopped them from any more cutting and they still refused to take the cuttings of my property and the there supervisor said too bad you have to pay to have it removed as the city will not pick this up. My over all complaint is that they "entergy" cancelled the job but abc came out anyway without my permission and cut anyway. Resolution Sought Put abc on your list of not doing what was required by them and leaving us with the expense of removing the tree that was cut. I feel entergy owes us for this as the folks they hired did not do what entergy said and cancel the job and leave us holding the bag as i was to the city would not pick up what was left here according to the folks i talked with at 311
