Signed contract for eves through and soffit repair on April 25,2023, for $5500 and put 50 down. Four months later the job has not been started. Have called several times and left dozens of messages with no response. Even had the wife call. When she said her name, they promptly hung up on her. Have finally got hold of the manager and he told me he would call me back. That was four days ago. Still no response. I don't know if they are taking advantage of me, because of my age. I'm in my 70's. They are quibbling about some measurements taken by their estimator. I signed this contract in good faith, taking for granted that the estimator knew how to read a tape measure. Am trying to sell the house and am losing over $800 a month with taxes, lawn care and utilities. Let alone insurance payments. So I need this contract fulfilled. My social security payments are barely making ends meet. Resolution Sought Abide by the contract and start and finish the job.
