I placed this order online, order#21052250097, placed on 12/06/23. It is appalling and disappointing about what is going on with this order. I have contacted the chat services several times to cancel this order and the only thing I keep hearing is your order is on the way. However, when I check my order is still waiting to receive order. I have ordered several other items after this order has been placed received the item and this is still pending without the ability to cancel. Resolution Sought I want a refund and the order cancelled.
