Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A bait and switch online company, after you place your order you get an email asking you to call their sales representative who informs you that the item you ordered in not a USA item (it is a grey market) and does not come with accesories like batteries charger or warrenty like the USA models and then try to sell those items or a USA item to you and if you try to cancel they give you the run a round. I ordered a camera then I got the email an called was told it was a grey market when I told them I had a battery from the lower model they said it would not work so I agreed they charged me $159.00 for the battery, charger & warrenty when I got the camera it used the same battery & charger I had, I contacted them and after haggling over 15 minutes they agreed to refund the warrenty amout (I would have had to pay return shipping on the battery) but they neved gave me the refund, they have numerous reviews in google & cosumer affairs that have the same problem. My main concern is that others don't get fooled and cheated by them, I'm not even sure what the cost of the warrenty is because they hung up on me right arter saying they would refund it I would really like for them to be investigated as scam artists and banned from doing business but any refund would be acceptable Resolution Sought A REFUND would be acceptable.
