I purchased a Mitsubishi outlander from the dealership and three days later the vehicle broke down, leaving me and my children stranded an hour and half away from home. I called the dealership and they picked up the car to have it checked but refused to give me a loaner to use to get home. Still leaving me and my children stranded on the side of the road. About an hour after the dealership picked up the car a saleswoman called me and offered to trade the Mitsubishi outlander for a different vehicle. The saleswoman showed me a few vehicles I could choose from but ultimately the vehicle I chose which was a Chevrolet traverse still costed around $2,000 or more the original car I had. I drove that car home which was an hour and a half away and as soon as I reached my hometown the vehicle started to have issues. I recorded the issues and documented what the problems were. Which was it wasn't marking RPMs and the engine would cut off suddenly while I was driving I sent all this information to the sales woman and was completely ignored for weeks. I tried again to reach someone at the dealership to talk to them about the vehicle and how it was unsafe for me and my children to drive and was completely brushed off and ignored by the main manager. I requested that I be refunded my down payment because of all of the issues with the vehicle and the lack of service and was again denied at which point the company repossessed the vehicle for my property without notice and as of now has still Resolution Sought Give me full refund of my down payment.

I am financing a truck from all start auto in Abilene Texas they let me leave the lot without a license and also with a broken axle and a cracked radiator and I was not told anything about any of the problems wrong with the truck. Resolution Sought Take money off of my truck payments for not telling me the problems and costing me all this money.
