Well just got my car on the 17 of August on the 27 of August my car broke down it blew a rod called car dealer asked them if they was gonna fix it or give me a replacement they said they don't replacement and they didn't know when they was gonna fix it but they said I still have to pay on car I just want some help on what needs to happen for them selling me a lemon. Resolution Sought Either pay my money back to get another car somewhere else

We kept telling them we had problems with it since we had got it from them and they was talking about we have to call they shop before it just gave out on us we called them like 2 twice before to tell us to bring it in but we couldn't cause that was the only transportation we had at the time to get to and back from what but we kept the maintenance update date on it .. and we have kids they shouldn't have sold us that if they know it was gonna give out I didn't have that much left to pay on it either Resolution Sought To put us in a better car untill we can get the other one fix or let us to a trade in on our much we have left to pay on it .
