If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Few years back went to this place suggested by my Dr. First time I went in the lady placed these things on my knee than left the room after about a half an hour later she comes rushing in saying she forgot about me and she I so sorry and that she didn't mean to put the Machine on full speed so my leg is jumping only a week or 2 after surgery so ya that hurt. Next appointment comes and she was complaining of her shoulder hurting so she couldn't do the usual things because her shoulder. I'm sorry but why charge me for a visit if I have to hear the complaining. I told my concerns to the lady at the front she brushed it off. I see we owe money so I start paying and paying and paying every payment upset me even more as If I don't do my job I don't get paid so why do I have to pay. Called and tried to talk to management before doing this report she did seem sorry but never heard back I do feel I've paid more than enough for the half par service. I hate to do this but I tried talking to them I even offered to pay off half which is more than I should but they ignored me. So here we are. All I want is to be done with them no more payments stop the debt collector calls please. Resolution Sought I do not think I should have to pay another dime so please stop with the debt collectors.
