My name is Melissa Crozier today is Saturday December 9th I woke up to a phone call at 8:15 this morning from a debt collector. Prior to this I received a call yesterday around 12:15 noon the day before around 8:20 and the day before around 8:05 a.m. I have informed them that I am in the business as them not collecting debt but in a phone center and that I know the laws in the United States are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.. they are violating this law making harassing calls and I'm just trying to get a resolution. Resolution Sought To be taken off the ability Recovery Services phone list for them to mail me in the US mail only.

Hello, the Ability Recovery Service has an account listed of WALDEN UNIVERSITY. The account may have a year before it expires. Formally, a few years' ago the representative stated they'd take $800.00 to erase and delete the item from my Experian, Transunion and Equifax credit reports. I was expecting the amount to be a bit less than the originally formatted agreement via the telephone given the economical crisis and year remaining. I called today, this, the 07/26/2022, the representative stated it'd be approximately $1,1XX.00. In addition, I have called, emailed and faxed; but, the Ability Recovery Service didn't keep there word or contact me showing the validated data of debt. Resolution Sought I want the deletion of the WALDEN UNIVERSITY Ability Recovery Services listing from all 3 credit reports immediately! Business etiquette, reason and logic, verbal cue should be sufficient whether in writing or not; the business should have kept there word. I do want my listing erased.

Ability Recovery Services, LLC is a third-party collection agency who represents our client Walden University, in the collection of their outstanding student debt. This matter has been in a properly disputed status, along with credit reporting bureaus. Please find a copy of the Enrollment Agreement whereby Consumer agreed to all of the terms and conditions of same. Our client is offering a 15% discount with a deletion from all credit reporting. Consumer may contact our office and a representative would be happy to assist Consumer in resolving this matter.
