I bought a Ford Van, it had December 2023 Virginia State Inspection Sticker and good tread on the tires , I was called within 30 minutes and asked to bring the vehicle back, they took it and came back with a REJECTED VIRGINIA STATE INSPECTION STICKER! (And slick tires had been put on. That I didn't notice until days later). Susie said they would order THE PART and have it put on and she would call as soon as it came in. This went on for months I made 14 personal visits, and couldn't get it resolved. Two weeks ago they called wanting payment and I ask which garage to take it to, and they informed me I would be paying for it. Money was not the problem and I told them, and they repossessed it anyway. The VIRGINIA STATE POLICE is involved, I contacted them in April , and took a civil warrant two days before they repo it. I have a disabled child with terminal illnesses and this has been a Nightmare. Thank you, Karen Cox Resolution Sought Fix the Virginia State Inspection Sticker that was illegal.

Company states; This van was sold as is. The van is and was 100% legal the dmv has done been here done went thru all the paperwork done looked at the van and everything. We told Ms. Cox we would get the parts for the van and when the parts came in we have called her multiple times to come get the parts we never agreed to buy them and put them on we agreed to buy the part for her. Ms. Cox never came in called back nothing all of our phone calls are recorded and if you come on the property everything is recorded as well. So there was no sowing uo 14 times. I was the one that called Ms. Cox over her van payment she never maid a single payment on the van. Never did we have a conversation about a garage he words to me was and I quote I'm 2 hours away you'll have to wait till I get back. The Virginia State Police has been here they also have went over the paper work and we are doing everything correctly. And the Civil warrant was taken two days after we went to the house address she had on file and the guy there said she Moved that he would let her know to get in contact with us. Two days later she takes out civil papers at court and then two days later we found out where the van was and we picked it up with a repossession order. We have done nothing wrong and we have done everything as we should. Thanks
