Able plumbing co was hired to unclog the sewer line at the home. Plumber showed up at the home at 1:30 pm. The clock started as it's agreed that the rate is a $150 an hr. The tech also suppose to find a leak from the second bath toilet. He did say the leak under the toilet. And said he need to remove toilet and reinstall. When he removed toilet tank he cracked it. So now we were forced to purchase new toilet. We did. And he also decided to go very slow and wait until we go buy new toilet. So far he did place sneak machine in the line to unclog. Took him 30 minuets. And removed toilet and tank that he broke. The total time then was 1.5 hrs. When I brought the new toilet he said it will take him another hour to install it. I said okay. At 2:30 pm he said it will be 3 hrs total charge at a $150 an hr rate. So I asked the plumber. What's our total charge today. Clearly. He said it will be $450 total for today. I paid him a check. Today 1/26/2022 a day later. I get calls blasting me all luring from the company office they asking for $280 more. Claiming the plumber was 3.5 hrs at the home yesterday and they need to collect because of parts he provided. Plumber has provided no parts at all and he clearly stated yesterday that the total charge was $450 total in which we paid them by check. This company is trying to scam us. Take advantage of us. And they obviously cheat customers and taking advantage of them. Resolution Sought Make this right. Contact the company and file a claim against them.
