Customer service don't care about your customers rude careless. They auction my storage off when we are ready came to an agreement that I would pay half of what I owe them and I would evacuate my things might belongings from the storage unit in 24 hours. When I went they said my storage was auction this is unbelievable worst experience in my life especially when the customer service Brian didn't care he said it's gone! it's gone! there's nothing we could do! very blunt! Terrible feeling wouldn't want anybody to go through this feeling of losing everything I want the number of a person they auction my unit too they never gave me dirty they notice and did they notice they had my address wrong I want to get in contact with the person that bought my stuff so I can get all my personal belongings paperwork pictures of my daughters rewards licenses social security birth certificate Resolution Sought I want this business to fire the customer service Brian and I want them to give me the number of the guy that bought my storage so I could get my daughter's pictures my memories my personal papers social security birth certificate bank statement tax papers. That's all I want no money just my personal papers and my pictures
