Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I have a 2008 town car I brought it to Ables in January 2022 they were supposed to put a diagnostic charge of 175.00 for computer issues I had brought them a new computer to program to fix the no start issue they charged me 920 bucks put a new fuel pump in I'm not sure what else I NEVER WANTED THEM TO PUT A FUEL PUMP IIN JUST TO FIX THE COMPUTER ISSUE THEY NEVER GOT MY OK TO DO THIS THEN I I PAID THE 920 AND THE NEXT DAY THE PROBLEM CAME BACK AND I TOOK IT BACK TO THEM THEY NEVEER PUT THE NEW COMPUTER IN AND PROGRAMED IT TO FIX THE INITAL PROBLEM SO I TOOK IT BACK IT SAT FOR 8 MONTHS I KEPT GETT8NG A BLOW OFF EXUSR WHY THEY FONT HSVE TIME ON SEPTEMBER THE PHONE I CALLED AGAIN THE EMPLOYEE THAT PICKED UP THE PHONE SAID HE IS NOT GOING TO FIX IT AND TO GET MY CAR OUT OF THERE HE STATED ONDREA DONT WANT TO F8X IT MY CAR IS NOW SITTING AT ANOTHEE SHOP AFTER SPENDING 920 TO THEM AND 400 ON A NEW COMPUTER THAT NEEDS TO BE PROBLEM FIXED I NEVER ASKED THEM TO PUT A NEW FUEL PUMP IN I COULD HAVE DONE THAT IM A MECHANIC BUT DI NOT DO ELECTRICAL REPAIRS THEY TOLD ME 175 TO PROGRAM THE CAR AND FIX IT THEN THEY WOULD CALL ME IF IT GOT OVER 175 THEY MADE REPAIRS WITH OUT MY OK AND DID NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM I WAS WILLING TO OVERLOOK THERE DOING THIS AS LONG AS I GOT MY CAR FIXED THE FACT IS IT SAT FOR 8 MONTHS AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT THEN TOLD ME THEY WILL NOT FI. WHAT 8 ORIGINALY HAD AGREED TO .I NEVER AGREED TO PAY MORE THEN THE 175 WITH NO PHONE CALL I Resolution Sought I never got my car fixed and they ran me off
