Ordered pool heater which was promised in a week and was stalled for 2 months. I paid them upfront. They promised me weekly it would be in , I waited on those days no one showed no one called. I finally asked for my money back and it was not returned. After threats they delivered an inferior pool heater that will not accommodate my pool. The manufacturer of the heater agreed it was not the adequate size for my pool. I am an elder 88 yrs, widowed and a woman , which I feel they took advantage of. I lost my husband in June of this year. They promised to return my money but they never did. They tried to placate me by ordering another heater. The btu promised was 150, 000 they delivered a 50,000. They also know that I am leaving for Virginia in a week. If it took them 2 months to get a heater why should I believe they will have one in a few days. It's another stalling tactic. Resolution Sought I would like for the company to return my money asap so I can order a heater and have it installed, before I leave Florida. I live on a fixed budget.
