Andy Dichiaro, owner of Above and below concrete and construction, poured a driveway for me that tilts toward my garage rather than away from. The driveway has a hole that holds water, which then will be a large iced area. He also buried a drain from my retaining wall with perforated pipe, under my driveway. He would not come back to book and discuss the issues with the driveway. I asked him to have it removed and replaced. Then he started to say that I was threatening him and begin making faults statements about me and creating a situation where it looked like he was innocent and I was harassing him. None of it was true. I have since found out that he charged me 3000 more dollars than I would have paid to someone else doing the job. Resolution Sought Pay me back the money I paid them for this driveway.
