I bought a their largest most expensive pool they never told me i needed a 30 dollar shock mat for the ladder because it wears a hoke in pool liner. Si four years later we had it replaced due to the leak. Its still leaking and the liner is under warranty they told me to find the hole when i said i believed it was in equipment they said they would come take a look its been over 3 months. They still have not come. I don't want money i just want my pool fixed. Resolution Sought Fix pool that doesn't leak.

It is our intention to address and repair this complaint in the spring of 2024 after weather breaks and pool Is open. We are aware of the situation and have spoken with Ms. McClain at the end of the 2023 season. We have actually been to the house for leak repair following the liner installation. It was due to rusted clamps on the return and was not warrantied but was fixed. However, as Casey and I discussed, we will certainly stand behind any issues related to the liner and this would be warrantied. Thank you and we will be in touch with the McClains in the spring.
