The owner of the company was paid over $20,000 to do a job on my house and never finished a single project and after phone calls,texts,emails trying to get ahold of him to find out when the job would be done I would get one excuse after another. He finally told me he wouldn't be back to finish the work. Resolution Sought I would like to be made whole again either by having the job finished or to have the money refunded

Company states: Deserves a refund but I am not going to be able to do it. A lot of the services were provided I do t have any money and that's that

I don't understand how the company has no money when I paid them in full to do the job ? As far as services that were provided as they claim there's not one project that's completed. So they don't have my money to refund I would like to know what they did with it since it wasn't spent on my project.
