I needed tree service my neighbors tree is dangerous and the limbs are breaking off onto my roof creating holes, Joey of ABS, the owner came said no problem we can do these even went to neighbor letting them know they needed to stay out the yard and remove items for there safely. I checked the website and they had good reviews I talked back and forth with Joey's wife about the contract money time. They came start the project at 6:15pm using lights this was 12/4 it was pretty dark but they stated no problem I was not comfortable with this. They worked one hour said they will be back to finish to this day they came back 12/19 to remove there ropes from the tree. They requested payment through Cash app for which I complied ready stupid thing I did because they will not help in a resolution. I also noticed that Joey attempted again to get money from this account on 12/11. I now have another hole in the roof and more are developing . they never gave me the contract when they were coming back they were bringing. But I did get a copy of there liability insurance. Resolution Sought At this time over 45 days I want a refund go to BBB check another company in the area that is reputable.
