We have a contract with Mr. David Trimmier for a project of floor coating of the swimming pool are and the driveway areas. According to his request and the contract. We paid 50 of the project which is $9,235.00. He finished one quarter of the project only (Coating floor around pool area) And three quarter for the driveway not done yet. After several time trying to contact him. No response. We should receive a balance of $ 5,035.00. We have all the documents and the contract to support this case. Resolution Sought We need to resolve this problem and get reimbursed for $5,035.00.
