Absolute Relocation Services complaints

I hired a Moving company Absolute Relocation Services to move me from NJ to TX. On February 28, 2024, they took my mother's urn and ashes after I asked them not to! I immediately cancelled  on February 29, 2024 and asked them to please give me back my mother's urn and my belongings. Jasmine their customer service supervisor stated that they were not willing to return my mother's urn and ashes - essentially my mother if I didn't pay $2,500.  Grant, the owner told me I would have to sign and NDA and get it notarized. That was over a week ago, I wrote reviews on Google and Yelp. I have called them over 20 times, no one will tell me where my stuff or where my mother is.  Please NOTE: The company's DOT number is 3795591. If you look it up, they are NOT authorized to operate intrastate. They are ultimately breaking the law by taking money for moves in unmarked pods. Furthermore  they finally reached out to me on March 13, 2024 and threatened me with a written Warehouse Lien, which is giving me 5 days to pay $5000 which I don't owe them. I feel as though this is extortion in retaliation for the Google reviews. I have since taken them down because they threatened if I didn't I would never see my belongings again.  Resolution Sought I want my mother's urn and all my possessions returned. I feel as though this is extortion.
