Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The city of Saginaw gave me a grant for repairs. The company Absolute construction came out and did the work. I've contacted the City and someone came out twice. The company removed my cement porches and replaced them with wood porches. I asked (Ernesto) owner of Absolute why was he tearing down my porches he replied the city is paying for this. My home has air blowing the side porch is sinking and critters are getting under my house. He promised me a deck after tearing up my cement porch he said he couldn't build the deck because of phone box and dryer blower in the way it was there when he tire off my porch. I am so devastated at the way my home is damaged. I can't sleep because of the attaching and squealing noise under my house. My floors are so cold and one porch is sinking and the front porch was made so small I can't even sat a chair on it. Please respond to my email. Resolution Sought I want them to refund the city it's money so that I can porches back the way they were. I had asked him not to mess with my front porch after seeing the mess they made of my side porch. The owner became demanding like we're doing what the city is paying us for. I want this company to pay someone to come out and repair the damages they did to my home.
