Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Absolute care is a healthcare scam that has never seen me in person has prescribed medications and keep calling me about being a member I'm trying to figure out how to make them stop. Resolution Sought To stop being contacted or mailed by absolute care.
