Started a refinance in Oct and every time contracts are sent over an signed they come up with another excuse of what is needed. The company customer service skills are horrible. Agent made a mistake then had the nerves to tell me she human after I have signed contract. This company response time is horrible. Once you let them know you are not stupid they have a lack of response from the coach on down to the rep. They have tried everyday in the book to try to keep my loan from going through..now the book value of my car changed and I need to pay a down payment after I have docu signed 2 contracts. How is this not know before a contract is signed? Resolution Sought Get my contract done correctly in a timely manner. Hire and train people who take their job seriously. Revamp your agents customers service skills they are horrible from the coach down to the agent. The response time is horrible

I have applied to refinance an auto loan with autopay. I have sent my driver's license, registration, insurance and paystubs to this service. The original quote was inc in interest rate, and then inc in interest rate again, and then a potential down payment request. I was told my LTV was too high. I just want to make sure my confidential info is not misused. Because of the constant changes in quotes, it makes me feel uncomfortable with this services intentions. If they are a scam, I want someone to know. I canceled my loan application with autopay at this time Resolution Sought Not use my confidential info for anything other than intended use to refinance an auto loan that they could not complete at the quoted interest rate
