They should take disciplinary action against harmful children not cater to them!!

My child reported physical harm done to her by another student. She attended the company for six years. Summer camps, Spring break camps and semester classes. She never had any issues until this new student arrived. The same student was allowed back in her class the next session and caused physical/phycological harm on her again. The company violated their own policies and procedures to allow the other student in her class. The other child did not meet the grade requirements nor take the prerequisite. When I asked to review the video of the incident in class, the company would not allow it and filmed over it. The company basically accoused my child of lying. She left the company in extreme psychological turmoil because of it. My child has been extremely distraught by this hideous treatment!!! I would like the company to not cater to abusive children and their parents desires! They should allow parents to view the videos of incidents that happened in their care. They should have a safe space for children. They should take disciplinary action against harmful children not cater to them!!
