I ordered a bike online from Academy, the order was taken and we never heard from them until we started making inquiries about the purchased. After the tenth day and several run arounds we were told that the order was cancelled, but no one contacted us about the order being cancelled. We were told because of short staffing they couldn't fill the order. Now no one from the company is returning any of our emails. The money was never drafted from the account, however it doesn't give them the right to treat their customers in this way. I was also told that I couldn't buy the store's bike from my local Academy because if something was wrong with the bike I couldn't return the bike. I can't believe the level of customers service from this company being this rude and offering no other options. Resolution Sought The bike was suppose to be a gift, and i would like the bike we were trying to purchase at the price stated in there ad 148.99 plus tax. The bike is the ozone 500 Men's 700c RS3000 Road Bike

My son went in for shopping for shoes and a Young girl went and told the manager that he was making her feel uncomfortable all he said was hello I need new shoes again, she stormed off and went and got Grant Clark the manager and without him even asking him what happened if he said anything to her or anything, he said put your shoes back and you are not allowed ever again in academy sports!! He didn't accuse him of anything but simply said get out you're making my team lead uncomfortable, how can you escort someone out of a store and tell them never to come back in without even a probable cause and embarrassed him in front of everyone! A police report has been filed! This is unacceptable Resolution Sought I would like The manager fired for what he has done and embarrassing my son in front of everyone like he was a criminal or stole something! Didn't even pull him to the side and ask him his side or anything! This is ridiculous
