I bought 4 shirts from Academy through a third party Klarna. I went through Klarna for a return bd it asked how I'm returning it. I put through Academy- I did- I was refunded. Now per Klarna - Academy denied my return. Now I'm getting charged again through Klarna. Klarna says it's Academy's fault for declining my return! Academy is not of any help. Actually, they are very incompetent. Resolution Sought Academy needs to approve my return through Klarna. I'm paying again for something I returned.

I ordered a bike online from Academy, the order was taken and we never heard from them until we started making inquiries about the purchased. After the tenth day and several run arounds we were told that the order was cancelled, but no one contacted us about the order being cancelled. We were told because of short staffing they couldn't fill the order. Now no one from the company is returning any of our emails. The money was never drafted from the account, however it doesn't give them the right to treat their customers in this way. I was also told that I couldn't buy the store's bike from my local Academy because if something was wrong with the bike I couldn't return the bike. I can't believe the level of customers service from this company being this rude and offering no other options. Resolution Sought The bike was suppose to be a gift, and i would like the bike we were trying to purchase at the price stated in there ad 148.99 plus tax. The bike is the ozone 500 Men's 700c RS3000 Road Bike
