This insurance company has not allowed my car to be fixed since August 22nd when I received a bad oil change and my transmission was blown. It is now October 17th and I just received news that they sent over a non working transmission. Again. And they only allow themselves to get the transmission. I want my car back; I'm in a lesser vehicle rental that hurts my back during long commutes. They don't answer calls or emails from myself and from Subaru. This is out of control and this needs to be addressed. Resolution Sought Send a new unused transmission, apologize for this insane situation and compensate me for their incompetence.
