Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was told by the recruiter that it paid $75 I went to my appointment I got my card I left when I activated my card only had $25 on it so I called them back and told them what happened and they said that this is been happening a lot with the recruiters. They soccer has indigo three hours to see them for $25. They still owe me 50 bucks. Resolution Sought I would like the business to pay me in full what they owe me.
