I am a renter and my property management company refuses to address my dishwasher not working. I first put in a repair many months ago they send someone and he repaired some parts. The same issue is happening: they refuse to call back or email back I have left many voicemails I even went to the office last Friday and no call back. We play our rent on time and have never been late. I need to have a working dishwasher. There reviews on Yelp all have the same issue as I do. They can't continue to deny their obligation. Maybe they are prejudice or maybe they are treating us this way because of our professions! Resolution Sought I need my home to have a working dishwasher make them reply or respond

We are aware of the issue, however the property owner has not given us authorization to make the repair. Ms. Greenwood has been told the same. We do not own the home Ms. Greenwood resides in and we have limited authorization (less than the amount required to make the repair) so we cannot make the repair until we receive authorization from the homeowner. The homeowner is in China currently and we've been unable to reach them for approval.

Nobody has contacted me to provide me this information. I went to the office on 9/10 because nobody calls back or answers. On that day the gentleman told me they were waiting on the home owner and he even said yeah a month is a long time. I understand the home owner is in China but there should be a time limit they have to respond. I told the gentleman when I went to the office that all I’m asking is someone to communicate to us what is going on that was going on 2 weeks ago I still have no call or email text nothing. The home owner never replies to anything they shouldn’t have over a month now to reply. This issue was brought to asset when my lease was up for renewal in August on the 1st. Prior to singing a lease it should be disclosed the owner is out of the country. A dishwasher is a important part of a home there is only 3 appliances they provide us with. We pay our rent on time every month and have never been late. We work hard and shouldn’t have to beg for a reply a answer imagine if I never went to the office I still would have no clue. What I’m asking for is not reasonable this is not fair for me to have to beg or go to you guys! All the reviews on Yelp are the same!
