RE: charged multiple times

This company charged my card six additional times over a ten-day period for services I expressly unchecked at sign-up. I ensured my total at the end of the sign-up session was accurate, and my spouse was witness to that. Subsequently, small amounts were charged over ten days for completely unneeded services. They did as they are know to do and blamed my computer. This excuse doesn't hold water. If this were a legit operation, the ENTIRE total would have been charged the day of. The small charges over a long period are a sure sign, in my opinion, of a predatory scheme to quietly defraud consumers who are not paying attention to their account . I have complained to the DOJ and the Trustee Program and the FBI and will keep complaining to every agency that will listen. I am filing a complaint with the AGs in California and Virginia with all the proof I have gathered. This scheme has likely cost vulnerable consumers a ton of money. They operate under a no-questions asked refund policy which seems to be part of the alleged scheme. I have not seen evidence of my refund, but will be watching very closely for it. The card will be cancelled with a full fraud report to follow after the refund is issued. Please consider my review when you choose a vendor for your classes. There are reputable vendors with excellent reviews. Choose them instead.

SCAM

I signed up for the course and took it once 5 days later I am charged a total of 79.99 in fees. I called and told them I declined all the extra crap they offered. I am waiting a refund. WHAT A SCAMMMMMMM
