April 2nd I went to Lithia Ford Access in Corpus Christi. My husband and I were there for HOURS working on a deal for a 2009 Ford F150 priced at 12,900. They need to keep it until Monday, to be inspected and detailed, not to worry if anything is not right on the truck we will fix it plus you know it comes with that 36 month bumper to bumper warranty. We go to the finance guy. As I'm signing I said hey why does the loan issuance say 20 grandish as he Jerks the paperwork away, almost dismissing me because well I'm female. Next day I'm looking over the contract and oddly enough that warranty "it comes with" costs $2500 extra! Um what nobody had mentioned that or gave me a option. And at home then I see well the sticker price went from 12,900 to over 16k! How does that work? Where I'm from sticker price is sticker price. So I give you 5k on a 12k vehicle and still had to finance. They had truck for 2 weeks but nobody knew. Had truck 4/14-4/20 and it broke down. They've had the truck there since 4/20-5/21 & once again nobody know what was wrong. Resolution Sought Help me get out from underneath this loan & get my 5k back!

The client needs to call and make an appointment to see either Jalen or Golden Gonzalez, the business managers to explain all and see if can find a possible resolution for them.

I have tried to call the company several times since April 3rd and never gotten a response or any resolution. Even when they had the truck back in their possession for weeks after it broke down. Every time I called or came in it was either they wouldn't speak to me or would tell me I'll get right back to you and never any results or answers
