Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Once again I'm emailed by a loan company telling me I've been approved for $500 to go in and sign for it all to be turned down and redirected to cash USA who tells me they don't use my bank.im fed up with my score being ruined when I'm trying to build it. Getting a loan and paying on time helps which was my idea.. I'm constantly told I'm approved when I'm not even screenshot it. I should have a credit increase by now but by them telling me I'm approved and to simply sign for the loan and get turned down has become so outrageous. Resolution Sought My desired out come is to have the credit bureaus know I'm being fooled by these people because I can't seem to reach them to show why my score shouldn't be lowered. I would like to be compensated by these loan companies who say I'm approved when I'm already struggling and now I'm worse off
