We have previously had our taxes done by Jessica Zicker and went to have them done for the tax year of 2022. She was to have filed taxes married filing jointly for federal. Local taxes were to have been completed as well as state taxes for PA and NY state. We were told by Jessica we would receive a refund of $2369.00 from federal we picked up taxes from her paying her $235.00 fee and being advised that everything was filed. We have recently learned that NY state taxes were never filed and that our federal taxes were never filed. I did contact her and spoke to Jessica Zicker she said that she would look into it. When I spoke to her a second time, she advised she shows them as filed. The government's website shows we never filed. She was going to look into what she needed to do to correct it. That was over a month ago. We have attempted to contact her over 5 times since calling leaving voicemail as well as texting. We need help in getting this resolved!!!!we are worried about late fees and would like our refund. She is not returning phone calls or e-mails. Resolution Sought We are seeking to have taxes filed as promised. For federal as well as NY state. We do not want to pay late fees as they were to have been completed on time.
