Hired and trusted this company to do my taxes in 2019 and 2020. Tax preparer made several mistakes accounting to the IRS and when trying to resolve the matter with Accounts R Us LLC nothing was done. I have never been audited by the IRS until I starting letting this company do my taxes. My refunds are being held up do to this unfair service that Accounts R Us LLC, has provided. Resolution Sought I would like for this company to assist my needs appropriately and stop ignoring my calls, emails and text. This would have never happened had this company understood the tax laws carefully when preparing taxes.

Company states; I am the owner of Accounts R Us, LLC. I am not responsible for the customer's complaint. Many people are audited by the IRS as I have been myself in the past, that is a random act on the part of the government. When it comes to ignoring the customer this is not true the company is closed until November 1, 2021. I have expressed to the client that I have been in the hospital and that was just out of respect. This letter she is speaking of is something she needs to respond to the IRS about not myself. I did state I would assist her but I got sick. This was being done as a courtesy as it is not my company job to respond to the IRS for these letters. The client has to prove all the information she has given me to file her return. If there were any errors made the client set with me while I prepared and thoroughly went over her return these errors should have been addressed then.
