I contacted Ace appliance repair company to repair my dryer and they sent out a repair guy right away to lock in the deposit. It took the repair guy about 10 minutes to say it was the thermostat and three months to get the part in, and then took three hours for him to install. Upon installation he took the entire dryer apart; the door, the drum, and some other parts. He broke another part while trying to install the thermometer and went to the store to purchase, then he said the thermometer was the wrong part but then got it to work after hours and a total dismemberment of the dryer. The dryer does not heat I called several times and no phone call back for an appointment; not to mention I call numerous times previously while waiting on the part. Resolution Sought Return my money so I cam contact a different repair company to repair dryer so I don't have to continue to take a cab to laundry mat while I have a chronic illness.

We have no control how long parts come in after their ordered. We are trying to schedule a free service call for Mrs. Phillips and not succeeding. Please tell Mrs. Phillips to let us know when we can come out and check the dryer free of charge to check out why she is not getting any heat. We have scheduled appointments and she never answers the phone on scheduled appointments.
