Perfect for my needs, and budget!

I bought the Carport Auto Shelter from the store Acecanopy.com, it has lasted through a winter and the high winds. The parts and cover of this product are precisely cut and shaped. Quality is excellent with some exceptions. It’s Well-made, and well-priced! Delivery was made with plenty of notice. I am very much happy with this carport shelter. Very strong tent, stands up to the wind like a champ. Haven't had a snow load on it yet but I think it will handle it, very happy with it so far. I was very satisfied with my shelter logic. If you read the instructions and follow them you will have no trouble at all.

Ignores Customers and Sells LOW Quality Products

I bought the Ace Instant Weekender Pop Up Tent 8'x8' in May of 2015. I used it no more than a dozen times over the course of a year and one of the upper legs completely broke on all four sides for no reason. I contacted the company via email about obtaining a replacement part or a suggestion of where I may find one. My request has been completely ignored. I will not be purchasing any items from ACE Canopy in the future and instead of referring them to other pop-up vendors as I have done over the past year I will tell the vendors to avoid shopping with ACE Canopy. They sell low quality products and then don't even offer assistance with replacement parts. I am not even asking for anything for free. I want to pay for the damn leg! This tent is now useless just like their customer service. Ace Canopy is also known as Tarps Plus, Abadak Outdoor Supply, and Ace Tools Outlet Inc.
