I have been waiting on check from sbtpg my tax refund when you file your taxes with turbo tax they use a third party to collect payment from refund for there services. Well IRS sent my refund to sbtpg in February I have been trying since then to get my check. I finally got it and two days ago I went to Ace to cash it. The worker Luis verified check, wrote all over it and then tells me he can't cash it now. No one will cash my check since it's written all over and already verified. Not cool. Resolution Sought I want Ace to get the sbtpg people to send me out a new check since he messed up the one I had for nothing.
