Communication language issues with staff
Communication language issues with staff, contract payment due date in error, asked to speak with a customer service supervisor due to language barrier & unprofessionalism call was disconnected, website denied payment card information, sent text to regional manager no response, called corporate multiple times when requested someone else to speak with refused request. More focus on customer service, English translators, as before convenience in making payments instead of driving to a location due to high fuel costs which is a bearing on my health issues.
