I purchased a $6.30 money order from ace Cash Express allocated at 3441 Clifton Ave. I endorsed the money order and mailed it to a company. The money order was returned via USPS. I took the money order back to where I had purchased it (w/ stub and letter). The cashier charged me 3.00 to take the money order back. I informed her that I didn't pay that much for the money order. I asked her to give me the money order back she said she couldn't. So I took the $3.30 and because I wasn't going to argue we with her and delay others service. She was very unprofessional. I informed her that I will be filling a complaint. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund with a proper and genuine apology. * I have no problem being charged what I paid for the money order $3.00 is really excessive for returning a product that I purchased from that business location.
