We have completed a full assessment of the feedback and addressed the concerns raised. On November 17, 2025, we sent a return of funds check to Ms. Sprinkle's address on file. After extensive research into the status of the check in question, we were able to verify that the check was received and cashed on 11/25/25. We do now consider this complaint as resolved and have updated the Ms. Sprinnkle with the latest findings of our thorough investigation. We sincerely appreciate your attention to this matter and value your ongoing cooperation.

I bought a pre paid spendwell card so I could pay a bill come to find out you can't use it to pay a bill sipped to be no fees the took 5 dollars from for a monthly fee so I called talked to someone and they did absolutely nothing I asked for a manager and they wouldn't let me speak to one the card is literally of no use to me and I can't even transfer the money on it to one of my other cards it's very deceptive and something needs to be done Resolution Sought I want them to give my 42 dollars back so I can pay my bills with or put it on another card that actually works
