I hired a painter for four hours of work he had to partial paint a small sitting room and the living room. He started the job around 10:30 a.m. he taped off the areas he was going to be painting and I had to correct an I didn't want him to paint. The room partially got primed and that was it in 4 hrs. Never touched the living room at all,but he did manage to still cover areas I didn't want painted. I called Richard who scheduled this guy and he sent a person to inspect. And I got the excuse it takes time to tape off the areas. But they could extend the time I need for more money to complete the job. I said 4 hours was enough time to have completed both areas if had used my time wisely instead Maki g excuses he' waiting for the primer to dry. I asked him couldn't you do some other area while waiting. He act as if that never occurred to him. This was a complete rip off, and very unprofessional job. Richard in the end only seemed to care about getting the money. He said he hoped that I can find someone to do the job the way I wanted it done. I thought that's why I hired a so called professional business. Resolution Sought I want a refund of what I paid. I still have to hire someone to cleanup this.
