Better customer service, management, and help customers offer the help!!

My wife and I went into Ace Hardware twice over the weekend. Both times we went into the store all you see is the employees standing around, black hair and curly long hair boys on their phones. Do you pay your manager and employees to sit at the front desk on their phones all day? Poor customer service, poor management. No help was offered to me or my wife. Hire people who want to work and get rid of the lazy kids!!!
