Prior to a snowstorm in SC , i went in and purchased a kerosene heater. At the register during my purchase, I specifically ask if I did not use it could I return it for a refund. I was told yes , as long as it's not out of the box. When I went to return it because I did not use it.There was a note on the front door stating any heaters and accessories purchased during snowstorm.Cannot be returned for a refund. Resolution Sought I would like the business to honor what they told me at purchase, which is they would refund my money.If the heater was not out of the box .
