I was sent a $5 happy birthday reward. I used it for an online order for local pickup. The order was canceled a few minutes after being placed. The $5 credit was not returned. I called up customer support, and they told me that they are unable to credit my Ace member account. She said I would have to purchase something else and then call back to get a $5 refund. That's pretty ridiculous and the fact that they kept my $5 reward is pretty unsatisfying. Resolution Sought Credit back my member account the $5 that I was given. Member ID #1975668456
