Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I purchased furniture from Ace Furniture on August of 2020, and I have defects with the 5 piece table set which was supposed to be replaced but I have not got a replacement set. I purchased a blue chaise simbad which I have never received and was supposed to get a replacement which I have not received. I have since paid off this account through the Synchrony Home account and I still have not received the merchandise. I have had numerouse conversations with the store but they still have not resolved this issue. Resolution Sought Give me the items that are due or refund my purchase price.
