Back on March 17, 2021 I placed an order with ACEDEPOT for Belkin Headphone adapters for $64.84 . The incorrect item was received and I contacted ACEDEPOT to return the incorrect item. I was given an approval to return incorrect adapters with # 530515 the items were returned late March to the company I have contacted the company 5 times to ask about a refund I keep being told that a refund will be issued that day. To this date the company has not posted a refund back to my credit card. I called today only to be given the same response that I receive on the 5 other times I contacted the company concerning my refund .( That it would be posted today ) I have been given this answer 5 times it is clear that this company continues to give me the run around about posting my refund even though they have received the incorrect items that were returned. Resolution Sought My Refund.
