I gave a 400 deposit when I first went to the dealership then I gave 600 to complete the 1000 done payment. Was not told that it was non refundable? I was told I would have to see if a bank would even finance due to my previos car on my record that was totaled in an accident. So I was asked when could I bring the rest of the 1000 down so I told them the next day which was payday? But ended up an extra day after I told them Cause my check didn't get deposited. I was never told the deposit was non refundable and they did explain anything about the car it give me a copy of my 600 deposit which was towards my down? My story is just so long about how the cR was taken away from me and I was so mis treated? And they would not let me remove my little bit of belongings I left inside? I really would like for someone to call me to give more detail about me horrible experience with this dealership and the owners. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you kindly Resolution Sought Return my money so I can go get another car somewhere else or at least part of my down?

Subject: Incident at Aces Autos Dealership To Whom It May Concern: I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an incident that occurred at Aces Autos dealership involving a customer who had placed a nonrefundable deposit on a vehicle of interest. In good faith, we allowed the customer, Ms. Marin, to take the vehicle. However, upon experiencing issues with the vehicle, we requested her to bring it back to our dealership so that we could address and rectify the concerns. When Ms. Marin arrived at the dealership, she was visibly distraught and exhibited an ill-tempered demeanor along with her son. She insisted on receiving a loaner vehicle and refused to leave the vehicle she had brought back to us. We explained that she would need to leave the vehicle with us in order for us to thoroughly investigate and resolve all the issues she had raised. Regrettably, Ms. Marin became increasingly agitated, yelling and expressing her urgent need for a vehicle, insisting that she could not be without one. Despite our attempts to suggest alternative arrangements while we diagnosed and repaired her vehicle, she threw the keys at one of our employees and walked outside, seemingly preparing to leave. To our surprise, Ms. Marin returned to the front entrance of the dealership and began making threats towards our staff. She specifically threatened that her son, who was waiting outside in a truck, would cause harm to us unless we complied with her demands. Considering the escalating situation and the safety of our staff and customers, we promptly contacted the local authorities and reported the incident. The police arrived at the scene and took appropriate action. We have obtained a police report with reference number SAPD23177345. Based on the advice provided by the police, Aces Autos will not be conducting any further business with Ms. Marin due to her threats and aggressive behavior. We have been instructed to inform the authorities if she attempts to trespass on our property again. We take customer satisfaction and safety very seriously at Aces Autos, and incidents of this nature are rare.
